Hi, my name is Belle and I am the artist behind Jubilee Makeup. I have always had a passion for makeup, and I realized this is what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. I've aways been a creative person whether it's with my hair or makeup. I am the middle child of 4 so bright colours on my hair and face was my way of standing out from my siblings.

I started my makeup journey in 2016 with face painting. I loved creating fun looks on myself and my younger brother who loved it as well. As I got older I decided I wanted to expand into other areas of makeup as well not just face paint so in October of 2019 I took a night course at the Canadian Beauty college. I had the chance to learn so many different techniques and tricks, that I still use to this day. I now currently attend Durham College in their Cosmetic Techniques and Management course, where I continue to grow my skills not only in makeup application but the business side of the makeup world aswell.

Makeup has always been a way I have expressed myself, as I can create so many things. Face painting is still my favourite form of makeup I do and I know it always will be. I hope that I am able to share some of my passion with others as I do makeup because I believe makeup is about making people smile and feel beautiful inside and out.
